If a Formspree endpoint is configured, information submitted through the contact form—including name, email address and message—is transmitted to Formspree for delivery to Nex Metals. The Company uses that information to respond to the enquiry. If no endpoint is configured, the form opens the user’s email application and the website does not transmit the message.
Market information
The Investor page offers an optional TradingView chart. It is not loaded until the visitor chooses to load it. TradingView may receive technical information and apply its own privacy practices when the chart loads.

This website links to ASX, WTAC, LinkedIn and document files hosted on the existing Nex Metals domain. Those services apply their own terms and privacy practices.
